PROFILE of YCM

♦ We, YUAN JUN INDUSTRY CO., LTD (short as YCM), was found in 1970 with AC-Motor production for 1/3~3HP. By 1985 we were starting to produce power Hack Saw Machine. We joined the industry of Band Sawing Machine in 1990 and started to produce them. In the year of 2001, we concentrated on expanding and getting CE approval for our Band Saw Machine.

♦ In 2002, we began to cooperate with the Industrial Technology Research Institute to research new system of NOISE REDUCTION SYSTEM to solve the “NOISE” problem of Band Sawing Machine.

♦ During the 2005, we had developed into OEM and cooperated with a Famous and Estimated European Company. Beside, we have successfully applied for patent of the portable band saw. What is called "Noise Reduction System", it is useful to reduce the noise for 60% while the machine operating.

♦ In 2007, we had successfully in 4” portable band saw.
♦ In 2008, we had produced 6” portable band saw.
♦ In 2009, we had produced YCM-170 portable band saw.
♦ In 2010, we had produced YCM-125 5” portable band saw.
♦ In 2012, we had created double cut system service to YCM210 and YCM 270.
♦ In 2013, we had created “ETS SYSTEM”.
♦ In 2014, using the ETS SYSTEM to serve YCM-300.
♦ In 2015, YCM have enlarge factory double size.
♦ In 2017, YCM production capacity could reach 16000 sets per year.
♦ In 2018, YCM started to provide semi-auto and full-auto cutting machines.

♦ In 2019, YCM not only started to produce aluminum cutting machines but also created 34 mm saw blade machine, named YCM-420.

♦ In 2020, the production capacity of YCM could reach over 20000 sets per year, during the year, we had enlarged factory 70%.

♦ In 2022, the YCM group had our own metal sheet process, milling machinery processing, cylinder production, lathe processing, electrical components assembled, and motor manufacturing departments. Moreover, our self-made rate had more than 60%, and the usage area of factory has 9,500 square meters.
